  • This program is for patients and caregivers needing general support with the KetoFLEX 12/3 diet and lifestyle, or for those who have completed the Mastering Nutrition for Cognition Group Coaching Program (MNFC) at Apollo Health and would like additional guidance.

    • Initial Consultation (1 hour)  + 3 hours of session time, which can be used as needed (i.e., 6 x 30-minute sessions, 3 x 1-hour sessions, or a combination). To be used within 3 months.

  • KetoFLEX 12/3 is more than a diet - it’s a lifestyle.  This program is a fully-immersive and action-oriented. It will teach you how to implement the Bredesen Protocol into your daily routine with ease and confidence.

    Enrollment includes a private monthly call with Sara, as well as membership to the Facebook Support Group, with helpful live sessions like:

    • Meal Plan Mondays (twice a month)

    • Lunch and Learn Wednesdays (twice a month)

    • Troubleshoot the 'just say no foods'

    • Learn how to adapt your favorite recipes using a process that Sara calls 'Simple Substitutions’

About Sara

Sara is Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition® through the National Association of Nutrition Professionals. She works in tandem with physicians as a functional medicine certified health coach. As a ReCODE 2.0 Certified Coach with Apollo Health, Sara teaches the Mastering Nutrition for Cognition with KetoFLEX 12/3 Group Coaching Program.

In her private practice, she works with clients in managing cognitive and mental health needs, autoimmune disease, hormonal imbalances, and multiple food allergies and sensitivities using nutrition as the primary therapeutic tool.

In her free time, Sara enjoys spending time with her family in the northwestern corner of Montana near Glacier National Park. She is also a poet, songwriter, and nature enthusiast.
